The Commission f.as issued the enclosed Amendment No. 233 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-56 for the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Unit No. 3. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated July 12, j
1999 and supplemented August 30,1999.
This amendment changes the minimum critical power rstio safety limit and the approved methodologies referenced in the core operating limits report.
A copy of the safety evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's Bi-Weekly Federal Reoister Notice.
