Dear Sir / Madam:
In the referenced letter, PECO Energy Company transmitted License Change Application ECR 99-00352. Attachment 1 contains the final Technical Specifications pages for this License Change Application. This proposed change will revise the Technical Specifications (TS) to delete the requirement for the " refuel platform fuel grapple fully retracted position" interlock currently required by TS Surveillance Requirement 3.9.1.1.
