Enclosed is a letter from Rita A. Calvan, FEMA Region 111 Regional Director, dated December 4,1998, transmitting the FEMA report for the subject exercise.

There were no deficiencies identified during the April 7-9, May 6, and May 19-21,1998, ingestion exposure pathway exercise, however, eight Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) were identified. Please provide assistance to offsite officials as they address and resolve the identified items on a timely basis.
