The amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated February 12,1999, as supplemented on July 8,1999. The proposed amendments revise the TSs to correct typographical and editorial errors introduced in the TSs by previous amendments.

The assessment is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
