OPERATOR INITIAL EXAMINATION REPORT NOS. 50-277 AND
50-278/99-302 (OL)
Dear Mr. Rainey:
This report transmits the results of the subject operator licensing examinations conducted by the
NRC during the period of September 13-16,1999, at your facility. These examinations
addressed areas important to public health and safety and were developed and administered
using the guidelines of the " Examination Standards for Power Reactors" (NUREG-1021,
Revision 8). Based on the results of the examinations, all applicants passed all portions of the
examination. The preliminary findings and performance conclusions were discussed with your
staff during the telephone call held on September 22,1999.
Overall, the applicants were well prepared for the examination and all applicants received
licenses. There were no post-examination changes to the written test and with no major
problems noted on the operating test. We appreciate your efforts and cooperation in this metter.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC'r,' Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its

enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
