Edwards (PECO Energy) to USNRC, dated March 1, 1999 Dear Sir / Madam in the Reference 5 letter, PECO Energy Company sutmtted a plant specific analysis which provided a technicd basis for re-inspection frequences associated with the core shroud at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Unit 3. After further evaluaton, PECO Energy has decided to inspect the H-3 and H-4 shroud welds during the upcomog 3R12 outage scheduled to begin late September,1999. In the event that unantdpated dMicultes are exponenced during the outage which would preclude the inspecton of the welds, PECO Energy will request discussions regarding the re-inspecton frequencies of these welds at that time.
