Thank you for'your letter of April 26, 1963 concerning a petition addressed to your Board of Supervisors, the Public Utilities Con-mission of the State'of California, and the U. S. Atomic Energy Coassission relating to the proposed nuclear power plant planned.

for Bodega Emad by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company.

Pursuant to the provisions of the' Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, a public hearing on Pacific Gas and glectric Company's' application for a construction permit. for~ the Bodega Head facility .

will be held at Santa Rosa before an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board. The data and place of the hearing, the issues.to be con-sidered, and the manner in which interested persons may be enabled to participate therein will be set forth in.a notice of hearing issued by the Commission at least thirty days prior to the data of hearing. I will be glad to send a copy of the notice of hear-ing when it is issued.
