It was stressed that the Connaission's primary interest is public health and safety should P063 file an application and that on this basis, the Commission would avm=4ne the application. A copy of the Humboldt Bay hasard analysis was furnished Mrs. Neilands as an example of AEC interest to detail in this respect.
