While I was in Europe the enclosed letter came to my office, i signed by Mr. Vincent V. MacKenzie, Senior Counsel of. the~ Public Utill ties - 1 Commission of the State of California,.regarding the Bodega Bay Reactor.

WIth regard to Mr. MacKenzie's request. for'a copy of my ' report of October 1%4, should I refer him' to the AEC, or should I- send him' a cop.y directly?
