Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective. examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with' personnel, and observations of facility operation by the inspectors. Overall, the inspectors found your

activities to be technically sound and, responsive.to previous concern The inspectors noted improvements in the scheduling and administration of the licensed operator requalification examinations. However, a weakness was identifed in the area of documentation.
