Protected Area has been delayed for reasons unrelated.to the L

security portion of the project.

As such, the Security Plan drawing depicting the final plant configuration can not be provided at this-time but will be forwarded under separate cover Jupon' completion of the project.

This has been previously discussed.with Mr. Richard Kiemig of the Region I staff.
