- ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT (TAC N0s. 73745, 73746)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment Hos.123 and 41
, to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-61, and NFP-49 for the Haddam Neck Plant and Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 3 respectively.
The amendments change Technical Specifications (TS) 4.10.1.D.1.h for the Haddam Neck Plant and TS 4.4.5.4.a.8 for Millstone Unit 3.
The change to the TS allows the licensees to inspect steam generator tubes by insertion of the ultrasonic test probe from the cold leg side of the steam generator tube.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
