I am sending you enclosed a copy of a press ielease dated May 6,1963, by the Northern California Association to Preserve Bodega Head and Harbor, which was received by the Joint Com-mittee on May 11.

The press release makes reference to a Memorandum of Action which alleges that Pacific Gas and Electric has given the State Public Utilities Commission and the Atomic Energy Com-mission altered documents and false information in connec' tion with its application to build the Bodega Bay plant.

It would be appreciated if the Commission will furnish the Joint Committee its comments concerning the allegations-set forth in the enclosed press release and the referenced l

Memorandum of Action, copy of which is also enclosed.
