BAW-1543 Errata Tables 3-20 and E-1 Dear Mr. Elliott Due to limited time and manufacturing difficulties, the A5 capsule which contains reconstituted Charpy specimens will not be installed in Davis-Besse in cycle 6 as planned.
Instead, it will be installed at the and of the next fuel cycle, cycle 7.
The attached errata reflect the changes in the insertion schedule for the A5 capsule.
please include these attachments in BAW-154 3, Rev. 3 which is presently ur der NRC review.
j We understand that a complete review of BAW-1543, Rev. 3 will not occur before February 1990.
Therefore, Davis-Besse and Crystal River will be requesting approval of the specific insertion and i
withdrawal-schedules contained in Tables 3-19 and 3-20 to support j
their upcoming outages.
