Per Boston Edison Company's telephone conversation on 7/30/85 with Mr. Jack Durr of your office, we are providing you with the following information relating to Item of Non-Compliance 81-22-01:

In order to enhar.co the affected Station operating procedures to the point where those procedures will provide the user adequate technical guidance and Tech. Spec. section references, the below-listed activities will be funded, staffed, and completed as follows:

Scheduled Activity Description Completion Date Revise pro'cedures for D4, DS, D6, Yl, Y2, 12/31/85 and D19 to more clearly indicate equipment affected by the individual breakers.

Complete E-203 walkdowns and issue Discrepancy 7/31/86 packages to the Nuclear Engineering Dept.

for disposition.

Revise all affected procedures to include: 9/30/86 1) Applicable Technical Specifications 2) Idalkdown-Observed Configuration Changes
