Based on our review of the above documents, we conclude that the Limerick Unit 2 Power Asceasion Test Program follows the guidance provided by Regulatory Guide 1.68, Revision 2, August 1978, " Initial Test Programs for Water-Cooled Nuclear Power Plants." Your proposed Power Ascension Test Program is approved for execution.
