LIMERICK REACTOR OPERATOR (RO) INITIAL RETAKE EXAMINATION
REPORT NOS. 50-352/99-303 AND 50-353/99-303 (OL)
Dear Mr. Rainey:
This report transmits the findings of the reactor operator (RO) retake licensing examination
conducted by one NRC examiner on August 12,1999 at the Limerick Generating Station. The
one RO and SRO applicant passed his examination. At the conclusion of the examination, the
examiner discussed the preliminary findings with members of your staff.
This examination addressed areas important to public health and safety and was developed and
administered under interim Revision 8 to the Examiner Standards (NUREG-1021). For this
examination, Limerick Generating Station personnel developed section B, the only section being
administered. The NRC provided oversight and final approval, and administered the
.
examination.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
