Dear Mr. Rainey:
On May 24,1999, the NRC completed an inspection at your Limerick Generating Station, Units
1 and 2. Resident inspectors reviewed routine activities and regional inspectors reviewed

radiological protection, security, inservice inspection and contractor oversight areas. The
enclosed report presents the results of this inspection.
We concluded that your staff continued to operate both units safely. No violations of NRC
requirements occurred.
