Alleged Discrimination Against an Employee for Having Engaged in Protected Activities at Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 This refers to your letter dated May 11, 1989, in response to our letter dated April 11,1989 concerning the alleged discrimination of an employee for having engaged in protected activites.
Mr. Taggart had alleged that on January 12, 1989, he was discriminated against and harassed for raising a concern to the NRC in April 1987. After reviewing the information provided we consider this matter closed.
No response to this letter is required.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
