Generating Station was conducted by Mr. David Chawaga from July 9-

Thecinspection consisted of facility tours,
observations'of activities; interviews with personnel and reviews
of. station documents.

Noted strengths in your program include the. interdepartmental
planning efforts between-radiation protection and maintenance,
and the use of_ photographs of plant systems and areas to assist

in planning efforts.
Although no violations were identified,
a-
weakness was' observed in the maintenance of station health
physics _ procedures.
This weakness:resulted in. inconsistencies
!
between: station practices and implementing _ procedures.
