This letter provides formal notification in accordance with 10CFR50.74; Notification of chanae in operator status.10CFR50.74 specifies that "Each licensee shall notify the Commission in accordance with 50.4 within 30 days of the following in regard to a licensed operator or senior operator; 50.74(a) Permanent reassignment from the position for which the licensee has certified the need for a licensed operator or senior i
operator under 55.31(a)(3)".
The following operators have been permanently reassigned to duties that do not require maintaining licensed operator status. It has been determined that these operators will not be reassigned to licensed operator duties.

Mr. Maguire and Mr. Ruppert are reassigned to full-time, career-enhancing duties, which makes it impractical for them to participate in the Limerick Generating Station licensed operator requalification program.
As a result of retirement and permanent recssignment, these licenses are no longer necessary as originally certified under 10CFR55.31(e)(3).
