By letter dated May 16, 1990, you applied for an amendment to Facility Operating License, No. NPF-39. The proposed change would have nodified the facility technical specifications to allow a one-time extension of the visual inspection period for three small inaccessible snubbers in the drywell.

Subsequently, by letter dated June 8,1990, you withdrew the amendment request.

The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
