An Enfumuidd. Conference was held at the NRC Region I office on July 17, 1989
with NRC and licensee representatives to dimme the apparent violation in the
area of the trarspur_tation of radioactive material at Limerick Unit 1.

'Ihe one hour Enforcement
conferenos was held to give you the opportunity to refute any discrepant
inspection firdings ard discuss short ard long-term corrective actions for the
apparent violation.
Further actions to be taken by the NRC, with respect to the apparent violation,
will be the subject of se,parate coutspdence.
In accordance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.790, a copy
of this letter ard the enclosure will be placed in the IEC Public Ibcument Room.
No reply to this letter is required. Your cooperation with us in this matter is
appreciated.
