LIMERICK GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NOS. M95807 AND M95808)
Dear Mr. Edwards:
By letter dated May 3,1996, as supplemented November 10,1997, you applied for an amendment to the Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2, Operating License Nos. NPF-39 and NPF-85. The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to a revision to the frequency of testing the Stand Gas Treatment System and the Reactor Enclosure Recirculation System. Subsequently, by letter dated September 11,1998, you withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publicat!on.
