Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 & 2 Emergency Response Procedure Revisions
Dear Sir / Madam:
I Enclosed are the following procedure revisions to the Emergency Response Procedures (ERPs) for Limerick Generating Station (LGS), Units 1 and 2. These procedures are required to be submitted within thirty (30) days of their revision in accordance with 10CFR50, Appendix E, and 10CFR50.4.
e ERP-101, Revision 11," Classification of Emergencies *
- ERP-800, Revision 18, " Maintenance Team" The revision to ERP-101 was initiated to incorporate the guidance in NUMARC/NESP-007, Revision 2," Methodology for Development of Emergency Action Levels." NRC staff has endorsed this guidance in Regulatory Guide 1.101 as an acceptable method for meeting the ,
requirements of 10CFR 50.47(b)(4) and Appendix E to 10CFR Part 50. The revised EALs represent an enhancement to the classification scheme. The revision to ERP-800 supports and provides instruction for placing the Technical Support Center (TSC) HVAC system in emergency mode. No system functionality was changed with this revision.
Also, enclosed is a copy of a computer generated report index identifying the latest revisions of the LGS ERPs.
