Submittal ofRevisions to the Safeguards Contingency Plan Issue 2, Rev. 2.

Dear Sir:

This letter submits, in accordance with 10CFR 50.4(b)(4), the signed original and three (3) controlled copies of the revised Limerick Generating Station (LGS) Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualincations Plan and Safeguards Contingency Plan. The changes are detailed in the summary of plan revisions.

This revision is being submitted in accordance with 10CFR 50.54(p)(2), and has been determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the LGS Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualincations Plan or the Safeguards Contingency Plan. The revisions to the LGS i security plans reflect changes associated with the movement of responsibility of the Supervisor. Nuclear Security from PECO Energy to the security contractor. Additional revisions include the increase of the response number to support upgrades in the security l response plan and the clari6 cation of the LGS Physical Security Plan's position on UL 437 mechanical locks.
