Dear Mr. Orphanos:
i The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the individual examination results for your applicants on the initial examination conducted on March 12,1999 and-March 15-19,1999, at your facility. This meets the intent of section E.1 of the Examiner Standards (ES 501) in NUREG 1021. Nine individuals were administered the examination.
.Seven applicants passed the examin.lon and two failed. This information is considered to l
be " proprietary" in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 and it supplements the information contained in the related examination report for your facility which will be issued shortly, f is the completed ES-501-2, Power Plant Licensing Examination Results l
Summary, and is a summary of overall examination results.
l contains the individual results ES-303-1 and 303-2, Operator License l
Examination Report, (NRC Form 157) for the applicant. Contained therein are the l
deficiencies noted for each applicant, in accordance with your Systems Approach to i
Training (SAT) Program, we expect that you will review these results and provide i.
appropriate remedial training for the individual independent of the overall pass status. The l
applicants have authorized the release of this information to your facility by signing Block, 19A of NRC Form 398.
