On November 20, 1970, the referenced report was submitted as part of Amendment No. 2 to the William H. Zimmar Euclear Power Staties appli-cation. Because of the nature of the report's content, you requestod that it be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 2.790 of the Comission's rules, subsequently, we transmitted a letter dated April 19, 1971, requesting justi.2ication for your request. By i letter dated May 3,1971, you informed us that a non-proprietary ver- l sion of SL-2690 would be submitted as a new Appendiz ! to the PSAR by Amen.fnant flo. 9 to the application. You then requested that upon recolpt of Auendment Eo. 9, the referenced report be withdrawn as part of the application and all copias (73) previously submitted be ra: turned to the applicent with a letter providing notification of action taken.
