The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company on behalf of itself, and as agent for Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Company and The Dayton Power and Light Company, hereby submits for filing Amendment No.12 to the Application for class 104(b) license, for Unit I at Wm. H.
Zimmer Nuclear Power Station, previously filed in AEC Docket 50-350.
Enclosed for filing are three executed originals and 70 copies thereof.

A certificate confirming servloe of Amendment No.12 upon the Honorable Harold Bissantz, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio, Chief Executive of the County in which the facilities will be located, and the updating of the copy of the Application available for inspection by the public at the Eastern Division Business Office of The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company, will be filed when acknowledgment of receipt thereof has been obtained.
