ZU24ER NUCLEAR POWER STATION on October 27, 1972, we issued Construction Permit No. CPPR-88 to The Cincinnati Cas and Ricctric Conpany, Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Company, and The Dayt'on Power and Light Company authorizing construction of the William H. Zituer Nuclear Power Station at the applicants 8 site in Clermont County, Ohio, pursuant to an Initial Decision, dated October 19, 1972, by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board. The proposed 4

reactor is designed for initial operation at approximately 2436 negawatts thermal with a not electrical output of approximately 807 megawatts. The 1ctest date for corpletien of the f.,.cility is January 1,1977.
