By letter dated March 12, 1986, Amendment No.114 to Facility Operating License NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant was issued. The amendment was issued with three pages containing administrative errors, l

Pages 3/4 2-2 and B 3/41-1 were issued without incorporating the changes made by Amendment No. 110.

Page 6-3 (Figure 6.2-2) was issued without incorporating the changes made by Amendments No. 113 and No. 108.
