On June 29 1990 the conclusion of the site visit, the preliminary inspection findings, were, at

discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed Inspection Report.

Areas' examined during this inspection included activities related to physical protection as described in the enclosed inspection report.

Within these areas,

the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with facility and contract personnel, and observations of activities in progress.

Within the scope of the inspection, no violations were observed.

In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice " Part 2, t

Title-10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings, of your safeguards and security procedures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the enclosed report will not be placed in the NRC Public Document Room, and will receive limited distrT5'Otion.
