We note that you did not- acknowledge violation B, pertaining to the proficiency ofssecurity officers in the use of their assigned ~ weapons. Prior to sending our notice to you, a determination had been made jointly by our Headquarters, Office of the General Counsel and Office of Enforcement along with Region V management that a violation did occur.

We have' reviewed your response ano note that'you have_not submitted any new or additional information that would change our previous determination.' We find

-that the violations occurred as' stated in our Notice of Violation. We have no questions'at this time concerning the corrective actions you describe.

The full. implementation and effectiveness of'tnose actions will be reviewed during~a future' physical security inspection.
