l Summary Description of Changes The following list provides a synopsis of the changes incorporated into PGE-1012, Amendment 21. l These changes have been evaluated and determined not to involve an unreviewed safety question as required by 10 CFR 50.59. Cl.anges are identified below by Licensing Document Change Request (LDCR) numbers. l

'l These changes also have been shown to meet the criteria of Amendment No.192 of Trojan Possession  ;

Only License, NPF-1, in that the changes do not adversely impact the safe storage ofirradiated fuel or increase the likelihood of an offsite release of radioactive material due to a fire.

l LDCR 98-057 Reference to sodium hypochlorite being stored in the Chlorine Building equipment room is deleted (paragraph 5 of Section 5.2.2). Changes result from modifications  !

to the Service Water System chlorina'. ion procedure under Defueled Plant j Modification Request (DPMR)98-002, Detailed Co istruction Package (DCP) 3, l and DPMR 97-007, DCP 19.

LDCR 99-003 Section 3.3.6.3.1 is revised to remove reference to remote shut down of the electric fire pump from the Control Room. Table 3.9-1, Sheet 5. is revised to indicate that  !

the fire pump controller is fed from a different source. Changes result from implementation of DPMR 98-007, DCP 7.

LDCR 99-005 Sections 2.1 is revised to reflect a title change for the Oregon Office of Energy.

Section 2.1.15 is revised to reflect a title change for the Manager, Nuclear .

Regulatory Affairs. These changes are incorporated to be consistent with other licensing basis d>cuments. Position scope and responsibilities are not changed.  ;

LDCR 99-010 Section 3.3.6.3.2 is revised to eliminate the passageway sump high level alarm as one of the means that leakage in the Auxiliary Building can be detected in the Control Room. The Auxiliary Building passageway sump high level alarm is to be eliminated under DPMR 99-002, DCP 2.
