i Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact related to your application for an exemption and license amendment dated August 27,1998.
The proposed exemption and license amendment would delete the emergency plan requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q),10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E and the plant technical specifications after the spent nuclear fuel is moved to the Trojan independent spent fuel storage installation (ISFSI).
The assessment is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
