ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 200 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. NPF-1 (TAC NO. MA4657)

Dear Mr. Ouennoz:

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 200 to Facility Operating License 1

No. NPF-1 for Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of a revised license condition that would authorize the unloading of spent fuel transfer casks in the Trojan Fuel Building in response to your License Change Application (LCA) 246, dated January 27,1999.

The amendment changes Facility Operating License No NPF-1 by revising license condition 2.C.(10), Loading of Fuel into Casks in the Fuel Building."

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next biweekly Federal Reaister notice.
