ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT N0.162 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. NPF-1, TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT (TAC NO. 72067) -
The Cormnission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.162 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application (LCA 173) dated February 10, 1989.

" Containment Integrity." The amendment relieves Trojan Nuclear Plant from performing every 31 days, a verification of the seal and closure of the equipment hatches.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular biweekly Federal Register notice.
