Submittal of Additional Information Portland General Electric (PGE) letter VPN-015 99, dated January 26,1999, committed to provide l additional information supporting the application for the Trojan ISFSI license. These items of information are listed below. Each of the items was to be submitted by February 12,1999, with the exception ofitem 2, which was to be submitted by March 4,1999. 1. An update to the ISFSI Emergency Plan, PGE-1075. Submitted via VPN-01E-99 dated 2/4/99.

2. Results of the load test of the PWR Basket structural lid Due 3/4/99. ,

6. - A request for an exemption from 10 CFR 72.70 that Submitted via VPN-016-99 requires the final SAR submittal at least 90 days prior to dated 2/9/99.

Enclosure I contains the updated SAR pages that provide the information indicated above and other miscellaneous changes. A summary of the changes to the SAR is included as the first two pages of Enclosure 1.

Enclosure 2 contains the updated Technical Specification pages that provids the above information and 4 - other miscellaneous changes as discussed in recent telephone conversations. A summary of the changes to the Technical Specifications is included as the first page of Enclosure 2.

Enclosure 3 contains revised calculation PGE01-10.02.03-06, "TranStor Concrete Cask Tomado, Flood, Earthquake, and Explosion Analysis," which corrects a minor discrepancy in the Concrete Cask tipover analysis in suppon of the related changes to the SAR in Enclosure 1.
