Approval, with certain conditions, for the one-time shipment of the Trojan reactor vessel package was granted by the Commission via letter dated October 29,1998 (W. F. Kane to S. M. Quennoz). Similarly, approval from the State of Oregon Energy Facility Siting Council was documented via letter dated November 11,1998 (A. Bless to J. D. Westvold). The body of Revision 0 to PGE-1076 is unchanged from the version submitted as a fimal application update to the NRC via letter dated September 23,1998 (VPN-054-98, S. M. Quennoz to Director, NMSS).
