CAUSE OF NONCOMPLIANCE:
The normal influents to this tank contain, iron concentrations of less than 5 mg/l iron as verified by sampling on 11/11/82.
The most probable cause I
of the high iron concentration was the addition to the tank of construction wastes from the Unit 2 condensate polishing system.
CORRECTIVE _ ACTION _:
A modification has been initiated to provide the option for treatment of these tanks in the Waste Water Treatment Facility. The modification should be implemented by February 1983..
