CAUSE OF, NONCOMPLIANCE:
The excessive total iron found on June 12, 1982, June 15, 1982, and June 29, 1982 was due to the temporary hydrogen peroxide injection system becoming air-bound, and not operating properly.

L CORRECTIVE ACTION:
A permanent hydrogen peroxide injection system is to be installed as soon as equipment can be purchased and delivered.
