' PARAMETER Blg! PERMIT LIMIT: pH, 6.0 - 9.0 S.U.

However, a sample of the Make Up Domineralizer Clean Sump collected at 1610 on 11 SEP 84 and analyzed at .1300 on 12 SEP 84 had an 8.9 S.U. PH. Therefore, the stamp may have been the source of the high pH water.

CORRECTIVE ACTION: The discharge was stopped. The clearwell was circulated back to the equalization tank and neutralized. The discharge was then continued. The Make Up Domineralizer Clean Sump pH will be monitored periodically for a time to aid in determining the source of any high pH water into the Sump.
