CORRECTIVE ACTION:
Discharges through this outfall were discontir.ued until the pH was brought 7
back wi thin spect fications.
In addition a work regi 3t has been initiated to install an inline pH monitor at the WWTF.
1.1sia.lation of this equip-ment and logic to trip the equalization tank transfer pumps on conditions of high or low pH should prevent this from occurring in the future.
