Review of operator logs and round sheets, does not indicate a cause for this result.
Review of pH, total metals, and total suspended solids analyses performed concurrently do not Idnicate a system problem. An error in the sampilng or the analysis is suspected.
Since insuf ficient sample was obtained to re-arialyze, the Station cannot verify at this tire.
L CORRECTIVE ACTION:
An oil-soak boom has been placed into the outlet chamber of the Wastewater Treatment Facility.
This boom should prevent residual oil from being discharged.
Also, a duplicate grab sample for oli and grease will be obtained to allow for reanalysis, if desired, to pinpoint analytical discrepancies.
