The most probabic cause of these noncompliances is the addition to tht: tank of construction wastes from the Unit 2 condensate polishing system.

CORRECTIVE _ ACTION:

A modification has been initiated to provide the option for treatment of these tanks in the wastewater trentraent facility.

The nodification should be imple-mented by February 1983.
