A chemistry technician obtained the sample and performed the analysis as required by the permit.

The results of the analysis were misplaced.

Therefore, we are unable to comply with Part I, Monitoring and Reporting, Section 8 Records Retention, which requires 3 year records retention.

I CCRRECTIVE ACTION:

The chemistry technician remembers, obtaining the sample, performing the analysis, and that the results of che analysis were within permit speci-fications.

An effort is being made administratively to follow this program more closely to prevent this from occurring in the future.
