CAUSE OF, NONCOMPLIANCE:
Excessive amounts of soluble iron collected on the Make-Up Demineralizers due to loss of hydrogen peroxide injection f rom the' temporary system. This i ron was discharged to this outfall as insoluble iron during regeneration of the demineralizers.
CORRECTIVE ACTION:
A permanent hydrogen peroxide injection system is to be installed as soon as equipment can be purchased and delivered.
