Mechanical failure of the Radwaste Evaporator allowed an unknown quantity of poor quality water to be discharged'through this outfall.

CORRECTIVE ACTION:

Work on. Work Request Number L17658 is in progress to correct the malfunctioning equipment.

In addition, if visual inspection, upon sampling, indicates the potential for exceeding the NPDES Permit, the tank will be reprocessed.
