A buildup of resin fines and other fine solids carried through the strainers and sumps into the discharge tank.

CORRECTIVE ACTION:

A work request is in progress to clean the regenerative wastes solution discharge tank, make-up demineralizer acid sump,demineralizer regenerative waste transfer pumps suction strainers, and the make-up demineralizer waste strainer.
