Post Office Box 767 Chicago, IL 60690 Gentlemen: This acknowledges your letter dated April 22, 1985, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance and one item of concern identified in our letter dated March 26, 1985.
We have no questions regarding your response to the first violation or your response to our described item of concern. We consider that your corrective action will adequately address the matters we described and should insure that future violations will be prevented.
Those corrective actions will be reviewed during a future inspection.
We have determined, after a careful review of your response, that the cited Severity Level V violation regarding compensatory measures is valid and appropriate.
Although the specific violation was of minor safeguards significance our review showed in fact that one of your activities was not implemented as required.
Therefore, we request that you describe how you will prevent the violation from recurring.
Please provide in writing, within ten days of the receipt of this letter, your response to the information specifically requested in the enclosure to this letter.
Areas discussed in the enclosure to this letter concern a subject matter which is exempt from disclosure according to Section 73.21(c)(2) of the NRO's " Rules of Practice," Part 73, Title 10, code of Federal Regulations.
Conse-quently, the enclosure to this letter and your response will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
Therefore, your response to this letter should be submitted as a separate enclosure to your transmittal letter, q g%%l
